Volunteering Development Co-ordinator

Salary AP4 £21,861 - £24,201 (increase pending)

The Co-ordinator, one of three covering Fife, will be responsible for promoting volunteering in East Fife (based in our Cupar office) and will have development responsibilities for volunteers and volunteer using organisations. The post holder will also undertake training of groups on volunteering issues. He/she will work with voluntary, statutory and community groups to develop new opportunities for volunteering.

The co-ordinator will be enthusiastic, ambitious with excellent interpersonal skills and be educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate considerable relevant experience; have excellent communication / organisation skills and knowledge of the voluntary sector and community development issues. The Development Co-ordinator will report directly to the Manager.
